We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, items purchased from SD 216 are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of purchase. We will be also be happy to issue store credit or exchange for online orders as detailed in this policy. ALL SALE items are FINAL SALE. Please send your return request to email@example.com. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, store credit or exchange. If we receive an unauthorized return after 14 days the item will be returned to you.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have tags attached and be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Items are inspected thoroughly prior to shipping, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the defect, if applicable, including pictures if the exchange is approved you can send your item with original packing slip. If item is in stock we will replace it, otherwise a refund will be issued.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
