RETURN POLICY
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, items purchased from Style District 216 are eligible for a exchange/store credit only if returned within 14 days of purchase, if eligible for return, you may exchange or you will receive an electronic gift card for the amount of your purchase emailed to the original email used when making your purchase. Store credits have no expiration. Your item/s must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received them. They must have tags attached and be in the original packaging and be free of perfumes, cigarette smoke and pet hair and must include original packing slip/receipt.
ALL SALE & CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, store credit or exchange. If we receive an unauthorized return after 14 days the item will be returned to you.
TO INITIATE A RETURN PLEASE EMAIL STYLEDISTRICT216@GMAIL.COM. INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AS THE SUBJECT AND REASON FOR RETURN IN YOUR MESSAGE. We will provide detailed instructions to send your item with original packing slip.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have tags attached and be in the original packaging and be free of perfumes, cigarette smoke and pet hair and must include original packing slip/receipt.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Items are inspected thoroughly prior to shipping, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is ineligible for a refund/exchange.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help. Please email us at styledistrict216@gmail.com and include photos of all defects. We will provide detailed instructions to return your item with original packing slip.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at styledistrict216@gmail.com explaining reason/s or defect, if applicable, including pictures, if the exchange is approved, we will provide detailed instructions to send your item with original packing slip. If item is in stock we will replace it, otherwise a refund or store credit will be issued. Store credit is issued in the form of electronic gift card and will be emailed to the email used when making your purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless there is an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
