If you are not satisfied, items purchased from Style District 216 are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of purchase, if eligible for return, your original form of payment will be credited. Your item/s must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received them. They must have tags attached and be in the original packaging and be free of perfumes, cigarette smoke and pet hair and must include original packing slip/receipt.
We will be also be happy to issue store credit or exchange for online orders as detailed in this policy. Store credit is issued in the form of electronic gift card and will be emailed to the original email used when making your purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Items are inspected thoroughly prior to shipping, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is ineligible for a refund/exchange.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help. Please email us at email@example.com and include photos of all defects. We will provide detailed instructions to return your item with original packing slip.
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining reason/s or defect, if applicable, including pictures, if the exchange is approved, we will provide detailed instructions to send your item with original packing slip. If item is in stock we will replace it, otherwise a refund or store credit will be issued. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless there is an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
